As with any other day, Thursday began quietly. Nothing extraordinary; just working and doing daily tasks. Nevertheless, something special happened. We got a message on Instagram on Thursday afternoon.
The sender of the note was Kranjski Parnik, a vape and gift store we follow. It said, "You make incredibly adorable stuff; would you be interested in selling your products in our gift shop?"
We were ecstatic! Someone wants our goods to be shown on real store shelves!
We decided to get together on Saturday.
We needed to conduct some planning. We had to arrange and assemble all of our inventory. In order to add a little bit of interest, we also had to create a few new things.
Even though we stayed up late working, it was worthwhile. The same thing took place on Friday, which was the final day of planning and production:)
We were thrilled to wake up on Saturday. Everything was prepared, yet there was something missing. Oh, the business cards! We almost forgot about them! It was my time to shine with my reliable printer and Cricut machine to cut them out.
They turned out flawlessly.
When everything was finished, all we had to do was put Luna to bed, buckle up Joey in his harness, and off we went.
We wondered about the shop owner's personality as we were walking. Although we had many scenarios, nothing could have prepared us for what we saw when we got to the shop.
The shop was very beautiful. We saw that there are a lot of item from other small businesses from Slovenia. It seemed like paradise for us!
A really warm smile and a courteous "Hello" were used to welcome us. Joey was undoubtedly the star, but that's okay; we're used to it.
The owner of the shop, Petra, who shares the same name as my wife (coincidence or fate? ), as well as her mother-in-law, welcomed us. We then got down to business
We showed her our handmade accessories. I believe the owner was quite happy with what she saw based on what I observed. Naturally, we felt her enthusiasm because it was also a memorable day for us.
We agreed on all the details and had a long conversation because we clicked right away. She is a very lovely person. We would have stayed for even longer, but Joey told us that it was time to go home.
Petra owns a Vape & Gift shop called Kranjski Parnik. She doesn't only sell vapes and vape juices, she also sells items made in Slovenia, mostly locally.
You can browse items that are sold in the shop on Instagram:

I'm hoping that our partnership will be prosperous and long-lasting.
We would like to express our gratitude to Petra for allowing us to showcase our products in her store, and we hope that our handmade accessories will make her shop even more colorful and attractive to new buyers.
